The War Room displays the current progress of the ongoing war between the 3 Factions. Territories on the sector map show their Faction ownership and the items the territory bestows to the owner.

A character can vote for the next adjacent territory that their faction will attack. The higher a character's level, the more weight their vote will carry.

Territories are captured over time based on how well the attacking or defending faction is doing.  Players acheiving a victory in an Official Starport Server that is in Objective mode will help their faction capture a territory and also help defend their territories from attack.
